射影空间的有限点集与三维代数簇的拓扑

摘要:
The nature of the talk is a mixture of projective geometry, commutative algebra and topology, but I will try to make the talk as elementary as possible. In fact, the only things one should know to understand everything in the talk are what is a projective space and what is the Poincare duality, but the Poincare duality can be swapped with the knowledge what is a UFD ring (i.e. unique factroization domain). First I start with well known properties of finite subsets of projective spaces such as theorems of Pappus, Pascal, Chasles, Cayley and Bacharach. Then I step to the relevant results of Eisenbud, Koh, Bese, Davis and Geramita. Finally I consider my results on finite subsets of projective spaces and explain the relationships between them and topology of singular threefolds.
