We classify graded Hopf algera structures on path coalgebras. A path coalgebra admits such a structure if and only if it is associated with a Hopf quiver, i.e. a quiver whose set of vertices has a group structure and such that for any vertices x, y, the number of arrows from x to y only depends on the conjugacy class of yx^{-1}.
