Mathematical modeling of diffusion in heterogeneous environment

It was Einstein who provided the theory to prove the existence of atoms and the theory is about diffusion phenomenon. In this talk his theory is introduced from a mathematical modeling view point and then extended to explain the thermal diffusion phenomenon.
