摘要
One of the fundamental problems in algebraic geometry is counting rational points or in other words, finding rational solutions to a system of equations over a given field k.
Del Pezzo surface is a kind of rational surfaces, which can be described by one equation in projective space or weighted projective space. Hence, we will focus on the lower bound of the number of rational points on such surfaces over finite fields.
