In this talk, we investigate a (2+1)-dimensional generalised dispersive long wave system. The bilinear form of the system is derived by using Bell polynomials method. Solitons, line breathers, rational solutions and algebraic solitons to the system are constructed based on Hirota bilinear method and Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (KP) hierarchy reduction technique. These solutions are expressed in terms of $N\times N$ determinant form. When the determinant size $N$ is odd, solutions on the periodic background are generated and solutions on the constant background are obtained when $N$ is even. As a byproduct, we find rogue waves for the intermediate potential of the system. The influence of the parameter in the generalized system is discussed. The dynamics of the obtained solutions are studied analytically and graphically.

虞国富，2007年6月博士毕业于中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院; 加拿大蒙特利尔大学博士后。现为上海交通大学数学科学学院教授、博士生导师。主要从事孤立子与可积系统、特殊函数、正交多项式方面的研究。在国内外学术刊物上发表SCI论文30余篇。主持国家自然科学基金、上海市晨光计划、上海交通大学晨星青年学者奖励计划等多项研究课题。
