SPECIAL LECTURE SERIES

ABSTRACT OF THE TALK
Eigenvalue problems are one of the classical topics in Analysis-PDE, Calculus of Variations and Mathematical Physics. And the study of these problems has always been fascinating. In this lecture series (6 in total) I shall discuss a few very simple and fundamental issues related to this topic, particular those arise in shape optimizations and optimal designs.

The main goal is to introduce some possible new research projects to researchers and students.
