Generalized oscillator representations of the twisted Heisenberg Virasoro algebra

报告人简介:
赵开明教授,现任加拿大Wilfrid Laurier大学教授。他于1991年获得中国科学院数学博士学位;1994年至1999年任中科院数学与系统科学院副研究员,1999年至2013年任该研究院研究员。
赵开明教授主要研究兴趣为无限维李代数表示理论,是该领域具有影响的数学家。曾入选中科院早期百人计划。并获得大学研究教授荣誉。
报告内容简介:A general result on sufficient conditions for tensor product modules to be simple over an arbitrary Lie algebra will be given. All simple smooth modules over the infinite-dimensional Heisenberg algebra will be obtained. Using generalized oscillator representations we give the necessary and sufficient conditions for Whittaker modules over the Heisenberg algebra to be simple. The ``shifting technique" will be used to determine the necessary and sufficient conditions for the tensor products of highest weight modules and modules of intermediate series over the Heisenberg algebra to be simple. All results come form a joint paper with R. Lu.
