The conference is jointly organized by East China Normal University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and University of Wisconsin–Madison. The conference is sponsored and supported by East China Normal University and The NSF of China. The topics are related to singularity theory such as Motivic integration, Poincare series, Resolution of singularities, Topology of singularities, Singularities in positive characteristic，singularities in algebraic geometry and etc. We will plan to use the conference to provide a good exchange platform on exciting new results on singularities and promote further the development of singularity theory.
