Geometric invariants of operators

Abstract:

In this talk, we will show that curvature, the second fundamental form and Chern polynomials are similarity invariants of a class of Cowen-Douglas operators, and give a partial answer of an open problem raised by R.Douglas. In addition, we will also show some applications of the above results.
