Introduction to compact quantum groups and compact quantum metric spaces

Abstract:

In this talk, I will firstly introduce compact quantum groups and their dual quantum group. Then I will also introduce compact quantum metric spaces derived from compact quantum groups and their ergodic action on a unital $C^*$-algebra.
