A survey for the finite element methods of some basic fluid mechanic equations on polygonal domains: corner singularities

In the lecture series I will survey corner singularity and regularity results for the boundary value problems for the Poisson equation, Navier-Stokes equations and compressible Stokes equations on polygonal domains and, based on the corner singularity expansion, introduce recently developed numerical results for the finite element methods.
