Perfectoïd spaces and the fundamental curve of p-adic Hodge theory

摘要:Recently, I constructed with Laurent Fargues a curve X, defined over the field Q_p of p-adic numbers, which is equipped with an action of the absolute Galois group G_p of Q_p. There is an equivalence of categories between G_p-equivariant semi-stable vector bundles of slope 0 over X and p-adic Galois representations of G_p. Using this equivalence, we get a new proof of the two mains theorems of the arithmetic part of p-adic Hodge theory. In this series of lectures, I'll describe these results together with some aspects of the more recent theory of Peter Scholze on perfectoïd spaces and how each theory gives some light to the other.
