题目：On rational connected varieties（论有理连通簇）

Abstract
In this talk, we shall discuss some recent development of birational geometry. Specially in the area of rational connected varieties. We shall show that how to apply the weakly positivity theorem to solve a famous conjecture of Kollar-Miyaoka-Mori on the rational connectness of Q-Fano varieties as well as some problem proposed by Demailly-Peternell-Schneider.
