Connes-Kasparov and Quantization

Abstract:

Being proven long time ago, the Connes-Kasparov isomorphism still remains mysterious. In the first part, I will exploit the representation-theoretic meaning of Connes-Kasparov (partially joint work with Qijun Tan and Yijun Yao). In the Second part, I will relate Connes-Kasparov to Kirillov's coadjoint orbit method and quantization (joint with Conan Leung).
